N.Druid Hills/Clairmont Rd - West

Appointments* are required for financial assistance. The phone lines open on the 15th of every month. Call 770-939-6454 ext. 100 to request an appointment.

The following documentation is required:

  • Two forms of ID are required for applicant (ID includes driver’s license, social security card, birth certificate, healthcare benefits card, etc.)

  • One form of ID for each member of the household

  • Bill or lease (for financial assistance only)

Other services include mail service, agency referrals, MARTA and Gas Cards (when available).
